Willoughby Brewing, Willoughby, Ohio - Sept. 15
We will both be leaving for Denver the following Monday. No one will be in the brewery to help us out. Therefore, we need to plan for not only what we perceive to be that week's needs, but the things we would have had to do that week to prepare for the coming weeks. Therefore, we will brew four times this week (twice as much as usual) in addition to all of our other prep work. We need to get backups of our biggest sellers. We also have to prepare for the "Taste of Willoughby," a local food festival that takes place on Sunday, Sept. 21. Today we brew Razz!
