Simple rules: watch the show; any time a rank is said, drink. (ie., corporal, private, major, etc.)

Of course, you can get creative and add other rules like, drink whenever:

Klinger changes his clothes
Radar salutes
Hawkeye and sidekick drink
Frank kisses butt
Bombs go off
Choppers land

As usual, get creative.
