Falling Rock Tap House

A review of the brews pouring on the 75 taps at Falling Rock Tap House in Denver's LoDo district shows their marketing slogan to be accurate - "No Crap on Tap." The Golden City Centurion Barley Wine, aged in multiple oak vessels, offers a very intense oak aroma along with an oaky flavor and assertive, dry alcoholic finish. Very nice! The Avery HogHeaven Barleywine is a clear ruby color with an intense hop aroma and great hop-over-malt flavor balance. The Avery Jubilee Ale is a deep amber color with an intense hop bitterness and big malty flavor with pronounced hops well into the finish.
