Located in the heart of southern New Mexico near the 12,000 foot peak of its namesake lies Sierra Blanca Brewing Company. Bottled distribution currently covers the state and some draft accounts can be found in larger cities.
The Nut Brown is a hazy, nearly opaque dark brown color. The fine bubbles burst yielding a rich malty aroma that is matched to a light-to-medium body with a light and dry nutty/malty flavor. Very easy drinking. The Pale Ale is gold in color, well-carbonated, with a smooth mouthfeel, and a nice even malt/hop flavor balance. The hops starts to really come through toward the finish.
