Four divisions operate within the Association of Brewers. American Homebrewers Association: The AHA is dedicated to providing information to its 23,000 members and the general public on the art and science of homebrewed beer through: "zymurgy", a quarterly magazine with one annual Special Issue; the world's largest National Homebrew Competition; the National Homebrewers Conference; support of more than 400 homebrew clubs around the world; and administration of the Beer Judge Certification Program with its more than 1,200 active judges. Institute for Brewing Studies: The Institute is an educational association for the craft-brewing industry, with 1,500 members. The Institute publishes "The New Brewer", a bi-monthly magazine distributed to all members and more than 1,300 subscribers. IBS annually sponsors the National Microbrewers and Pubbrewers Conference and Trade Show and offers multiple services to active and aspiring members of the craft- brewing industry. Brewers Publications: Brewers Publications is the world's largest publisher of books on beer and brewing with more than 30 titles in print. Books include nine titles in the Classic Beer Style Series for beer enthusiasts, amateur brewers and professional brewers, the annually updated "North American Brewers Resource Directory" for professional brewers, the homebrew recipe books "Winners Circle" and "Victory Beer Recipes", technical brewing books, and the award- winning "Great American Beer Cookbook." The Great American Beer Festival: The Great American Beer Festival is the United States' largest domestic beer festival, celebrating the quality and diversity of American-brewed beer. The Festival takes place every fall in Denver, Colorado, and features a Professional Panel Blind Tasting consisting of industry experts who award gold, silver and bronze medals on the basis of style and quality.
