You play the game as normal, except that every one, five, ten or twenty points you hand out to another player in the game and they drink that quantity. When someone gets both pigs on their side, everyone playing yells out "PIG OUT!" and the pigs get passed. If you pig out, you have to drink one (one clarification: the score of "sider" does not exist in the drinking game). One beer equals twenty drinks.
