Adrian Tierney-Jones is a Somerset-based freelance journalist and member of the British Guild of Beer Writerswho loves beer.

He edits Somerset CAMRA’s newsletter Pints of View, writes a regular column for The Master’s Table and spreads the gospel in a variety of other publications including The Field for which he writes a monthly food and drink column. He also writes about the countryside which gives him a good excuse to visit country pubs.

He is fascinated by the diversity of beer styles and loves English pubs, Belgian bars, German kellers, New England brewpubs - in fact anywhere a good ale can be found. He collects beer-mats, books on beer, Thomas Hardys (the beer that is) and Belgian beer glasses.
