Yankee Brew Review: A Full-Bodied Cask Bitter

Appearance: Amber color; full, creamy tight head.
Aroma: Earthy hops.
Taste: A creamy, rich, full-bodied bitter. The earthy hops balance well with the malt sweetness.
Summary: This cask conditioned bitter, served at cellar temperature, is a winner. Hoppy, with just the right amount of malt sweetness and a great body.
Brewer's Notes: Pale, crystal, chocolate and carapils malts; torrefied wheat; Fuggles, and Goldings hops; 1.054 OG; 5% abv.
